To sign in, please follow these steps:

  1. The first step is to open the app on your smartphone.
    Note: If you are using the web-version of the app, type the website url into your internet browser.
  2. When you have opened the app, enter the email address used when you registered for the event into the field "your@email.com”.
  3. Click ‘Ready to Join!’

We will now confirm your participant account by sending you a verification email to verify your email address.

  1. You will receive a verification email from us.
    Note that in rare cases this email may take up to 10 minutes to arrive. If, after 10 minutes, you haven't received the email, please check your spam-folder.
  2. On your device, click the link in the verification email to verify your email and participant account. The app will automatically open.
  3. Follow the steps in the app to activate push notifications and update your participant profile.
  4. You are good to go!

Alternative verification method: If you are using the webpage version or if you can't access the email directly on your device, please look at step 2 in the email. Copy the 6 digit PIN, return to the app, and enter the PIN to verify your account.
