If you cannot find any event listed under your profile, you've likely registered for the event with a different email address than the one you used for signing into the app. Please click ‘Log out’ in the top right-hand corner and retry with another email address. 


If you have tried another email address and still have no events listed, please contact our support and provide us with your full name, as well as the name of the event you are attending so we can look you up and help you enter the app.
