To sign in to the administrator dashboard for your app please follow this link:

In order to sign in you will need login credentials. A username and password will be sent to the people listed as admin in the "Request New App Form". If you would like to add further admin users after submitting the form please contact our support.

Selecting an event

Before you make any changes, always make sure that you have selected the right event. This is especially important if you use the app for multiple events. You can chose which event to work with from the drop-down menu in the top left of the dashboard.

Configuring your event

To configure the name, dates and hashtags of your event, as well as to upload an event logo, click the 'edit' symbol for the event you'd like to configure. The event information will then become editable, allowing you to configure the event.

You are able to define multiple hashtags provided the "#" symbol is included in front of each hashtag, and hashtags are separated by a space. The hashtags you enter will be the ones fetched and shown in the apps social media feed.

Remember to click "Save" when you are done to make the changes live.
