Before submitting a request for us to set up your new event, you'll need to have a few things ready. To make sure your event is branded with your event/company look and feel - presenting your brand in the best possible light - we require the following graphical assets:

The logo for your event shows once inside the event within the app.
The icon will be shown in the app, before participants enter the event.
As the size of the icon is quite small we recommend that you do not to include too much text, and that you keep the level of detail to a minimum.
The Launch Screen will be shown when you go into the event and the app is started. It should contain the logo of the event and could be a great place to show any main sponsors in order to increase their visibility.
Important: We will use this asset to generate different sized launch screens for different screen sizes. Therefore, the artwork should fit within a center square of 1200 x 1200px. Keep in mind when designing this asset that unless you've requested the additional module that removes our "Powered by EventEye" message, a bar (height: 147px) will be added to the bottom of the launch screen.
